Customers may receive a Free bag of dry/dehydrated or freeze-dried or case of canned food by completing these steps.
1. The customer has purchased the required number of eligible items as per the manufacturer guidelines.
2. The customer has all corresponding receipt history in The Downtown Dog POS system.
3. All purchases are within the required time frame as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
4. The customer has confirmed their participation in our Astro Loyalty Program by providing their name, email address and if required by the manufacturer, mailing address.
5. Please note: Free food does not count toward Frequent Buyer purchases.
